PowerColor Pro – Is it really a Pro? I can’t see anywhere on that site where it states that the card is Radeon Pro. NewEgg imediately started atj the clock speeds on almost all the cards they sold after that.
Still, the GPU clock is running at the right speed.
They had no idea that the EZ version wasn’t a real pro It’s quite ridiculous really, as I wonder how many other people have gone home with the EZ card and not know the difference. They outsorced it years ago to Sapphire. I purchaced a computer and think they gave me the wrong card. Anyone else heard of KT’s being incompatible with Radeon cards? I checked in the BIOS but the option was greyed out, but his girlfriends dad managed to sort it so I’m quite a bit happier now.
Of course ATI does have their own cards still, but they don’t even manufacture them anymore. I found the mfg. Thats why the price is cheaper than other Pros. That was the only manufacturer at least in the US. Your card is a Pro. I knew it had to be something like that, because when Fast Writes was enabled the machine crashed. I don’t think it’s anything to do with the hardware as I can Prime95 no probs, and 3DMark runs with no problems either.

Todd, I saw a few brand-name Voodoo2’s floating around, but every Voodoo3 and Voodoo5 either myself or my dad owned, were original STB cards. Wow, forgot about this thread, sorry!
What is the on the back if the card? What’s new New posts Latest activity. A lot of it has to do with the fact that These core are very cheap for ATI to make them.
